Information We Collect
Inquiry form. Our professional-services pages, guides and calculators include a short inquiry form that collects your name and email address. That covers AI governance pages, the AI Liability Assessment, Fractional AI Officer, blog posts, and the ROI, exposure and margin tools. When you submit it, that information is sent to HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider, and we use it to reply to your inquiry and to follow up about our services. By submitting the form, you consent to this collection and use. If you call or email us, we keep only the details you share, such as your name, phone number, and email, and use them to respond and to follow up about our services. We use the following third-party tools that may collect data about site visitors:
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how visitors interact with our site
- Clarity — session recording: clicks, scrolls, mouse movement
- HubSpot — stores contact information submitted through inquiry forms on our professional-services pages, guides and calculators
- Google Ads — serves ads and tracks conversions via cookies
AI Receptionist calls. If a business that uses our AI Receptionist has call recording turned on, the AI tells callers at the start of the call. We keep those call recordings and transcripts, using outside service providers, only to run that business's service. We don't sell them or use them to train public AI models.
